Okay, this is a new topic for "What have you done?? Today!!

 

As you read this, let's make a mental note to come back to this question at least once a week, or even every-day, as the title applies. Since most of us have ADHD, once a week is really okay, once a month will do too, but hey, this site was built on positive reinforcement - so, let's shoot for at least once a week! :-))

 

Now, this thread is for what have you done today, so no negatives are allowed. We are well aware of our struggles day to day, but what about what we did right or what we accomplished?

 

This is what I have done so far today:

 

1) Ironed my clothes

2) Brushed my teeth and had a nice long, hot shower.

3) Updated the welcome note on our ADDer World network to reflect my belief that ADDer World members are part of the solution to living better lives with ADHD!

4) Now I am getting ready to go visit a Castle with Joan!! (okay, that's not accomplished yet, so will update that later :-))

I did my laundry from start to finish. Washed, Dried, folded and put away. This is a rarity for me... :-))
I've also helped my mom with the recycling, helped her go grocery shopping, updated one of my blogs and posted more links to facebook for this community... :-)

This is what I have been doing all day today, too.! I am on my fourth and final load. Hooray for us!
Oops! My post under your second one actually references your first, not second, post (laundry). My fingers went faster than my brain.
I got out of bed and got ready, and went out to have fun with my family, mini golfing :) and some shopping
I talked to my brother for a little bit he's out at school, and made plans to help out a friend next week
I checked my email (especially for something from work, so I can pick up some hours in the summer)
and I enjoyed some time in the sun :)
and I saved a mouse.

went to the library to pick up an ADHD book
rarely have people over but my daughter and her children came over to play Wii
my sister also came over and all three of us discussed the book and related stories and had a few ah ha moments with some funny stories. Of course did a bunch of stuff in between all that. :)

We finally went to the Castle yesterday :) I will upload some pictures soon.

Today, I updated our 'sign-up' box here on ADDer World. You can't see it when you are signed in btw. lol

I ate a salad for breakfast! What am I thinking? Doesn't matter, it was very good. Since it was breakfast I added some bacon to it :)

Reading posts on ADDer World and wondering how Sarah got coke on her head, yeah she wrote about that in her latest topic for funny events!

So far so good. It's Sunday!
LOL-I kind of wonder how I managed to get coke on my head too. :))
Salad with bacon for breakfast! Sounds like what I do all the time. Since I turned my schedule upside down to Aussi time, I don't know half the time if I should eat breakfast or lunch when I get up, so I just eat whatever I'm in the mood for. That means sometimes I'll have eggs, bacon, toast and juice for breakfast, or sometimes I'll eat mac 'n' cheese and a hotdog, with a Coke, for the first meal of my day, which usually is around 4:30-5:00 p.m. my time, or 7:30-8:00a.m. the next day, Aussi time. Consequently, I eat all times of the day and night. lol But, it's working out for me anyway.
