Today is three weeks that I have been on my yeast-free diet. The good news is that I am hanging in there, I lost 6 lbs, I am trying new vegetables and foods that I normally would not try and I feel like I am making progress!
I noticed this week, that my stomach must have shrunk because I can no longer eat large portions of food. My mother could not get over that all I ate for dinner was a small salad. The neat thing about it was that I felt satisfied and did not have the urge to eat anything else.
