Comment by Chris Ewing on May 25, 2012 at 11:07am For Myself once I took away all trans fats and anything that says red40 or the like my head cleared and emotions seem to be way more even. basically doing my own version of this http://www.feingold.org/ has truely helped. it is nice to be able to not be scatterbrianed. and on an add to my diet i added avacados and cook alot of things in coconut oil and of course fatty fishes.
