One big change is that for the first time all companies have to offer mental health benefits
that equal to the strength of medical and hospitalization. In other words you should all see much better mental health benefits then you have ever seen before. (This is a good thing)
For the not so good news, there are new regulations coming on FMLA...They are more for the employer and not the employer.

You are going to follow your company rules and keep your Dr or Counselo in the loop. With all the new changes coming you should be getting new employee handbooks, make sure you grab one and keep at home for reference. Also get a copy of the medical options.
Also, from what I hear you have to fill out a new medical registration this year. It will not carry over from last year. If a new one is not filled out you might lose your rights to insurance.
