Hi.  I'm glad I found this site.  I'm an Israeli mommy, raising a daughter with ADHD and married to a husband with ADHD.  I'm trying to blog about my experiences with the Israeli school and medical system, as well as navigating the family dynamic.  Please check out my blog here, and let me know what you think:  An Extra Ordinary ADHD Family

I'd be happy to list as many other ADHD blogs on my site - in Israel we need all the advice we can get. :)  I'll check this group for other blog links, but please feel free to add mine as well to yours.  Of course, I've added a link to this site....

Hey Fellow ADHD linker!

My blog is called Adding Bliss. It's a lifestyle blog where I write about everything that interests me including living with ADHD, because  I have ADHD, it doesn't have me. I write about a wide range of topics and love answering questions, accepting guest submissions & interacting with everyone I can. I can also be found on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Pinterest.

My workplace, Los Angeles Guitar Academy, is a great resource to find guitar lessons that are ADD-friendly. The guitar instructors are extremely patient, positive, and encouraging. They have graduate degrees from prestigious conservatories, yet are very much down-to-earth.

Billing, reported absences, and rescheduling are all automated to make it easy for our students. We also encourage our students to keep a Google calendar, which has a reminder feature--a must for those of us with ADD.

They offer private lessons in their studios, private webcam guitar lessons, and pre-recorded online guitar lessons. Their step-by step, systematic program--which is used in each of these programs--keeps students from becoming overwhelmed, helping them to internalize each skill before moving on to another.

Personally, I am both a student and an employee. I have found LA Guitar Academy to be the most ADD-friendly workplace and educational institution with which I have had the privilege to be associated.

I like who I am and enjoy my ADD/ADHD quirks.  I still have to live in the real world and get the boring stuff done, just like everyone else.  I do this by keeping my sense of humour and sharing my stories with positive upbeat postings on my blog.  Come check it out, you may find a tip or two that you find helpful.  http://addpositively.wordpress.com

Hi everyone: I have ADD and love it! I find it to be a gift. I also have been fortunate that I use organic supplements with a nutritionist to direct me. My focus and success results from these products and studying with the authors of the book "You mean I'm not Lazy, Stupid or Crazy!" Kate Kelly & Peggy Ramundo. Check out www.nikken.com/annmarienakata  I use several of these products to purify my environment. Soon to come my website for coaching. (under development) Hmmm cannot decide how much information to use!!!! Happy Holidays everyone!
