About me & Relation to ADHD or other condition?

I have been Undiagnosed for 40 yrs until just reciently. I allways knew I had something Going on especially after my oldest child was going thru similar things.. i just just didnt address it... i figured i had learned to cope... i finnaly got tired of being so scatterbrained and unable to focus.. went to my doctors and he prescribed adderall xr ... this is only my first day but i feel like a FOG has been lifted off my brain.. its amazing..

its been a while Since i have been here! I Had to re-do my browser and I lost all my Links,and i dont know if you are like this... But If i dont have it Right in from of me.. on my Toolbar, or On my home page.. I kinda forget about Stuff in the Busy-ness of Life... ( We dont do that do we?)LOL But anyway.. Its on my Tool Bar now so Hopefully i wont be Such a Stranger anymore! :)

The Talent of ADD!

I was at The Ymca working out I have a Ipod Video that i Watch Podcasts on while i work out! Anyway, The Podcast is Adhd. TV( In case anyone is intrested! Hi everyone! ( long post Beware!LOL)

My Performance Review @ Work today

I had my Performance Review @ Work today. This was the First time i have had one since i started taking Adderall, and WOW what a difference it has made! I was able to approach it from a TOTALLY different point of view. I was able to Hear and identify with my Boss and the Things she was saying.I didn't feel picked on or ganged up on! Ever find yourself doing this before?

Have you ever have Gotten online for a Specific Purpose, and for what ever reason, you find yourself doing anything and everything EXCEPT the thing that you got online to do? AGHHH!
