Good recommendation on the book from Dana. I would say if things are affecting your life and keeping you from performing to your standards, then keep researching it and maybe talk to an expert later, they can help you sort out what is up. See ya later.
Hi Donna! The best book for females to read regarding female ADD is by Sari Solden called Women With Attention Deficit Disorder. This is the book that I read and it was like reading about myself! I suspected that I did have ADHD issues that were never diagnosed. It took me years to find a professional who was an expert in female ADD, but once I had my evaluation, I was diagnosed with ADHD.
Another terrific professional for females with ADD is Patricia Quinn. She has her own website, but I can not recall it at this moment. Looks like I am having another "ADDer Moment!"
Educating yourself about females with ADD/ADHD will help you understand more about it and it could help you to uncover any questions that you have about yourself. Best wishes!
Welcome to ADDer World Donna! Might be even more interesting once you a diagnosis. Everyone has a trait or two of ADD, it is just when the traits get together and have a party that things become complicated.

About me & Relation to ADHD or other condition?
I sometimes wonder if I might have ADD, but have not gone in to be diagnosed for it. All I've read about it is very interesting.
