- About me & Relation to ADHD?
- I am 43 and have ADD and depression. I was diagnosed about 14 years ago. I have been on meds pretty consistently since I was diagnosed and for the most part have been really healthy. Unfortunately I have recently experienced a set back....not sure if it was changing meds, or the fact that I am starting perimenopause or maybe I am just officially losing my mind once and for all.
