About me & Relation to ADHD?: I am a mom of 3. I have issues with dishes, laundry, schedules, meal planning and consistent discipline. I get overwhelmed easily and instead of doing what I need to do I choose to watch TV, go on the computer or eat. I have made so many perfect schedules for myself. If only I could follow them.
