Bryan: Sorry to be a contgrarian, but I think you need/deserve a professional graphic designer for your book cover. I think the chocolate symbol is great, without the tag line about chocolate itself, but I think a professional eye will make a differ…

Hi, Sharon: Although your son sounds in some significant ways like mine, I know your son may be quite different and perhaps others have some advice that would work NOW. THE MOST USEFUL ADVICE anyone gave us was that 1) research showed that parents…

Hi all: I am rarely happy with dualities, in this case bad/good medication or curse/gift AD/HD. Seems to me it is all CONTEXT: sometimes meds are a life-saving PART of AD/HD management, sometimes they don't work and/or make things worse, sometimes i…

Hi: Fibro is REAL & nasty and any doctor who treats you as if this is 'just in your head' is out of touch with what is actually known and someone to get away from. However, SOME people do get relief and improvement with psychotropic meds, so don't d…

Hi Miriam,

It's wonderful to hear from you. I plan to write up a blog on this site, with a few more pictures to fill in my online friends on all the twists and turns in my life.

I love all fiber arts, and one of the joys of my new/old house is I have a studio for my art now! Of course, organizing it, and prioritizing are another matter all together.

I hope you are doing well, and that the holiday season is full of blessings and loving connections with your friends and family.

Peace,
Frances

Welcome to ADDer World IBMama! I love the ocean too. Have you found anything which helps your CFS? Actually, I had thought I might suffer from CFS too, but it turned out to be ADD... go figure! I imagine CFS can be debilitating in an extreme manner and motivation doesn't make much difference?

Hi, glad you found the site! It is a pretty cool place to be and talk. CFS sounds like it sucks, sorry you are dealing with that!
