Welcome to ADDer World Karey! I have heard that from a great many people who were on medication, but didn't learn coping skills, or, the coping skills they did learn were taken advantage of mainly due to the medication. What to do when the medication doesn't work? That's the question isn't it... I hope you find some answers here with us.

I have struggled with my ADHD /LD and depression my whole life. I knew I had ADHD some time ago, but I was only treated with medication. Until now I really didn't understand how much education I was missing. That's why I am here
