well, I have connection problems on this site. Last time, it wouldn't let my posts go through and I lost the long comment I posted to you. Basically, I just take some vitamins, fish oil, and ginko biloba every day. I've been eating right, cutting back on sugars, fried foods, and junk food. Increasing the fruits and vegies, exercising, and hiking through the woods and meditating to the sights and sounds of mother nature everyday. It's been working quite well!
Hi Kirsten! I'm glad you found us here, it's great to have you! This is a wonderful place to find support and tips for managing your symptoms. By the way, "normal" is overrated :)

About me & Relation to ADHD or other condition?
I am thirty year old mother of two children. I stay at home mostly. I tried homeschooling my son but only got through one year because I couldn't stay consistant enough and would become easily angered realizing that all the problems were my own fault. I still try very hard to be a good parent with all the after school homework and chores and stuff, but I find it so dissapointing that I just can't do it right. I am not a perfectionist but I just want to be normal. I am not on any medications because I'm scared of them from my past experiences with them. I'm not against meds but would just like to do the best I can without them and understand my ways.
