- Hello Leah, welcome to ADDer World. Depression and self-esteem issues are common with undaignosed ADD. It took me almost a decade to overcome and learn to cope through the help of a wise therapist.

My lack of consistency, esp. re: checking in on ADDer World
I just want to put it out there that my attention to this wonderful website, as with so many things in my life, is very inconsistent. It's like Bryan said in his book about friends, and forgetting to contact them for long periods of time. I'm kind of amazed that so many of you fellow members seem to be very consistent in your attention and feedback. Actually, I'm jealous.
