About me & Relation to ADHD or other condition?

I am an Adult ADHD'er, with major hyperness, anxiety and other issues. I have a diagnosed ADD inattentive teenager and an undiagnosed preteen.

Recently faced up to a big challenge that I am ready to kick the you know what out of and it is this big word people seem to reel from when I say it, so, I just say I am fighting the golf ball brain tumor OLI!!! The word Cancer does not defeat me, it is a word, I can change its name to blip! I wonder if OLI the golf ball was pressuring my ADHD world, huhm??????? It shall be an interesting time of more labels and self discovery, bring it on and lets go people, stay with me!

Sorry I have not been around a lot in the past month.............

but, I took a serious life threatening turn in the battle against brain cancer. I am on the rebound now though and enjoying life once again.

About a month again I found out that I was OUT OF IT, not living in reality due to the fact that I had a major infection in my 7 inch craniotomy incision (should have known by the smell?), anyway I had this intervention and was crazy, don't remember much of the first 2 weeks of it? After 4 weeks of Acute Care Therapy, the incision is much uglier and larger… Continue

Hanging in there and finding out Cancer is more then just medical stuff!

Today will be my sixth radiation treatment of the 30, no big side effects I suppose? I once again had a moment of very painful walking this morning that brought me to tears, but it is passing. It is some nueropathy issue?

Still waiting for the chemo pills to be in tommorow to start, and here is the great catch for all of us that think we are OK with health insurance out there! HAHHA! My copay for the drug per 30 days for the next 6 months is 30% of the drug cost. Doesn't sound too bad huh? Well… Continue
