I called the Mental Health Association and told them what happened, and they hooked me up with an advocate. i am not sure if you have this organization where you live, it is an adovcacy organization and as far as I know they are in NY State.

Not to burst your bubble, but, you need to file with EEOC first..and because you live in NY the EEOC is in your favor. I just went through two and a half years with EEOC and then hiring a lawyer...EEOC did a great job, my laywer lost the case for me…
I worked for this company for 2 years, and it is a large company with an inpatient and several outpatient clinics, and half way houses all over NYS.

- Good morning Nanette! Thank you for thinking about me and for all your thoughts & prayers! I went to the chiropractor on Thursday and I felt much better from going. My family doctor is going to have me get an MRI this coming week so I will feel better knowing exactly what is going on with my spine and discs.
What is new with you and your family? Are you doing anything special this weekend? I wanted to sleep in today, but my neighbor is chopping down trees so the noise woke me up bright & early. It is just as well because laying in bed too long hurts my back and it is best if I keep moving! Whatever you do this weekend, have fun!
