I've seeing similar ADD/Dyslexia traits surface in my family through my nephews...I hope and pray that they don't have to go through what I went through. I praise God that I am not on any medications any longer, and through good vitamins...I am maintaining my good mental health.

Being back at university is a blast! I'm taking back what was stollen from me in 1999, just then diagnosed and not sure how to handle this disorder from an academic setting. Now 2,500 students enrolled in McMaster Univerity are labelled as LD. My profs are so accommodating and I feel accademcially that I can do it, and graduate with a good average. Not that it matters for a potential employers, it matters to me. I'm running the last lap ready to reach the finish line...that excites me more than you can know.

Looking forward to chatting with you in the near future...

I just wrote the lyrics and wanted to learn to play an insterment. I told my Dad I wanted to persue a music carrer and he told me I would never make it in the music business. I was practiceing(5 day's in a row......I just bought $350 guitar toy though) and relized I've been procrastinating for 27 years..LOL Any one got that beat? About your son...If I'm not inspierd it's hard for me to even get started. If someone gives me a challenge or even some positive feedback I can really get in the Zone. Someone else to feed off of a calaberation I think would inspire me also. I also have a wireless transmitter for my guitar so I can move around the house. it does two things for me. I dont have to stay in a small area and I don't have to take my guitar off to do other little things like get a drink or a snack or answer the door. Once I put it down no telling what I might end up doing..LOL Tell me more about your son maybe we can help each other. What's your secret for loveing life?
