- Diagnosed at 32, I'v had so many ah har moments :) I'm not sold on any theory but find merit in many from thom Hartmann's hunter famer to Russell Barkley's it's a disorder! The whole topic enthralls me and the info I'v gathered has helped me tremendously! For me I think that education is key and ADHD is neutral. Learning to embrace its strengths and being disciplined about its drawbacks puts me in a good position.
