- About me & Relation to ADHD?
- I became diagnosed at the age of 36 years, and I wish I was as a child. My life was full of struggle as it was like I had no identity, when I have became diagnosed I understood my identity and my life got together like pieces of jigsaw puzzle.
However, from that on I have never looked behind and I have started studying.
Moreover, I have become the first ADHD Coach in Malta and now I am in my 3rd year at the University of Malta where I am doing Bachelors of Psychology.
Today I cannot imagine my life without my ADHD and this is also thanks to the first book I read when I have become diagnosed, I am not stupid, crazy or lazy! R.I.P. Kate Kelly and thanks for the book.
