I somehow got through college without any assistance (coaching, counseling, meds, etc.), but feel that I would have been more productive if I had sucked up my pride and gave ADHD meds a chance. Oh well, such is life. After some fun trial and errors, I found Concerta to work alright. I recently quit my job and am about to become self-employed (part-time for now). It's a stressful time, but exciting as well. I look forward to the freedom.
UPDATE:
I have decided that Concerta is making my anxiety worse and am trying to come off of it. I've decided that if I drink a protein shake with caffeine in the morning, it helps give me energy and helps me focus without any jitters or crashing. Wish me luck!
