I have been able to go work out just as I would without a torn ACL, kinda weird. I just have be careful when walking on stairs, my knee has a tendency to hyperextend pretty easy, I guess that fourth ligament is pretty important, but the hurting is not there. Scared about the surgery even though I know this is a common surgery. It's like my knee is not hurting but I know I need the surgery and I know it's gonna hurt for awhile. Anyway, I hope all is good with you all, I'll talk at ya later.

At 7:13pm on February 20, 2009, Devin Mackey said…: Hi Mom, I was on my way out after writing a little on my selfishness in faith and adhd group, so I decided to try not being selfish by writing to all my adhd friends and my mom. I would ask how are things going, but I just talked to ya a couple of hours ago, but thought I would stop by on my way out anyway. I think after our talk, I'm gonna try to get back into volunteering again over at Boy's and Girls town, that was alot of fun as well as good for me and the boy's. Anyway, getting ready to go out and eat and possibly go to a movie, so talk at ya later. Tell Dad I said Heh.

Your input and support is valuable to me being that you lived and put up with my ADHDness as well as taught kids most of your life who were ADHD.
