Accordion files
I have started using accordion files for preserving my bills and expense related documents and found these to be very helpful.
This kind of file helps me categorise the documents and makes it easier to access them when they are required.
Filing in the traditional way is more cumbersome since separate files have to be maintained
Also, the process of punching and clipping for holding the document in place, is avoided in an accordion file.

Hi Margaret, really, accordion files are a simple way of organising important documents and make it easy to find these documents when they are needed.
