What a day! Tropical Storm Debby has been dumping rain for a couple of days now and I'm hoping we don't float away here in the FL panhandle! My apologies for the tech glitch earlier today. We had no power at home for half the day, so I went to Starbucks and wrote what I thought was a pretty decent post and it disappeared! Anyway...let's hope all goes well this time :-) I've continued to work the ADD Crusher approach since I last wrote and it's going well! Today I want to talk about Ways 2 and 3 so I can keep giving timely written comments as I move through the materials. Ready? Sweet - let's move on! Oh wait, before we dig in I want to explain my picture. The purple book is a little 3x5 card pack that I am putting all the big points from the Crusher program on so I can carry them with me. I want to make sure I keep my part of the pact by spending at least 5 minutes a day on the materials, so I decided to create these flashcards as an easy way to review when I'm out and about. An additional plus for me is that I learned long ago that info sticks in my brain better if I actually write it down myself. There are downloads with this info available to print from the ADD Crusher website, but...this works better for me. Read more here!
