An inhuman scenario for a future with Ritalin-use.

While searching the web, to explore the experiences and needs of people using medication on a regular base, the announcement of the European Schengen Declaration with the topic “Medication and Druglaw” was literaly a Bang.
The declaration indicates that the status of Ritalin as drug, can be neutralized by an official permit of the National Healthcare Inspection. This permit is granted, only if requested through a dated letter of healthcare professionals. The validity of this permit is 30 days. The Schengen Declaration is designed,
to coördinate the open border policy; free traffic of people and goods between countries in Europe. Other countries outside Europe have national protection against drug-smuggling with their own official system of permits.
When travelling, control of the status of each medicin, is necessary.
The law is equal to all humans and up-to-date; no Drugs.
The way to control it though, is old fashioned and inhuman to ADDers using Ritalin. Modern technology makes it possible, to store official medical information in a safe way and to check the use of medication.
Control of use can be easy and as waterproof as passports. There is no need anymore, to give people a kind of homearrest with some permitted leave, for the rest of their life.
