Since I was a child I can remenber feeling diffrent. Overly exited at times. Mom would say lower your voice we can hear you just fine. Bathroom passes at school would be used for breaks from my desk. It was like I could not sit still. I fit in more with the boys they were more interesting . I had bent my swing in my back yard from all my climbing and swinging.mom had a hard time keeping up with me. It was hard for my older sister when she had to take me with her to her friends houses if she wanted to go out. But I offten made up for it by making them laugh . Not being diagnosed with ADHD was hard. In those times it was more a boys lable. Learning disabilities undiagnosed was a challenge aswell . I was very athletic and now as an adult its still hard to sit still. I'm amazed by how many people still think ADHD is not real. Just some childhood memories I wanted to share.

It's good to share those memories, Yaritza. Sounds like you were very active, and fun! I did the same thing with bathroom passes. Thanks for sharing with us.
