Having ADD or ADHD means we have a lot of things in common, but we are each a unique (and special) individual. We need to find what works for US. The Your Life Can Be Better book is about learning to make use of strategies; the specific strategies in there may or may not be the most useful ones for you.

I started another card where I list my goals. I can look at it and remember what my short/medium term goals are and that helps me choose what to do or even which other cards to look at. I separated my 5 things cards into two–one for work and one for non-work.
