Hi there! I just wanted to mention that just because I may have a good grasp of ADHD does not mean that I have no challenges or obstacles with it. I am like most other adult ADDers and I do have moments of complete anxiety, overwhelming struggles and times when I feel that I have no control. However, I try my best to have a positive attitude, I try to keep up with educating myself with ADHD books and information and I do have very much faith that all will work out fine.
You seem to be extremely intelligent, educated and knowledgeable about a wide variety of topics. I am very long winded, too, so I do understand. There is nothing simple about me!
I need to read your blog about ADHD vs. Phenylketonuria: A possible misdiagnosis? I used to actually take phenylalanine for a few years because I read that it is suppose to help with attention, pain, depression and so forth. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 3/08 so I decided to see if it helped reduce pain. To make a long story short, I discontinued taking Phenylalanine about a month ago. I am unsure if it was helping or not.
I will have to check out your blogspot because I am on blogspot, too. I have a passion for writing articles, short stories and blogs.
Welcome. Your blog does look like a wealth of info. I can't wait to spend a bit more time reading it. It was the first time I ever saw anything written about bed wetting, which I found interesting.
