Hi Ralph,
It's great to have a new friend. Thanks for the invite.

Did you have your appt. with the Amen Clinic? I would love to hear how it went if you want to share.

How old is your son and is he ADHD? If I can help you out in any way let me know. I have done alot of research and have been able to check out some places in CA that were very helpful to me. I did my medicine management at UCLA in the Anxiety Research Dept and also attended the Irlen Institute which is a place that helps with reading problems, dyslexia, all kinds of problems mostly related to light sensitivity. It's a really interesting concept and helped me out alot.

This is a great group, I've learned alot from everyone.

Hi Ralph, good to meet you and any friend of Bryans has to be at least OK in my book.

7 Crucial Tips for Parents and Teachers of Children with ADHD "Uncommonly helpful, down-to-earth, immensely practical and readable Book." - David A. Crenshaw, Ph.D., ABPP. Director of Rhinebeck Child and Family Center, LLC

“'One Boy's Struggle' is a real eye-opener! Bryan writes of hope and despair, and the all-too-common conflict between desperately wanting to achieve and please, yet suspecting that you’ll fail again… and soon.”
-Dr. Edward Hallowell

Book on Doubt

Writer's Doubt is not specifically about ADHD. It is about how I, with ADHD, overcame doubt and became a prolific writer. For anyone who has ever felt doubtful about what they are capable of.

Each person's experiences may be different and no one should make any changes or try anything new with regard to medication or supplements without talking to his or her doctor first.
