Hi, Brian... I wish I could get here more, you have such great stuff. But things get so hectic, especially as for us Aussies it is the middle rather than the end of the school year. Just wanted to pop in to touch base... and to celebrate the fact that my book has just gone to the publishers. Yay!

Hey bro, check this out. The DSM V looks like it will actually address adult ADHD in a really meaningful way!

Hi Bryan,

All is well now that school is out for the summer. Household chores are give-and-take...Thanks for asking.

Not sure where the link was on Hallowell's site...under the ADHD and marriage forum somewhere. I was just surfing...my bad!

Thank you for the warm welcome, Bryan. I am very excited about my new blog - I am just starting out and having some "tactical" difficulties, but I have a blog installer helping me now, and she says I will be up and running very soon. I hope you will stop by - I can't tell you how much this site means to me.

I will definitely post here when I am "launching!"

Believe and Achieve,
Jill

Thanks so much for the welcome. This site has already helped me a lot. I mostly love the positive spin. My hubby is amazing and so talented. He's really incredible and I think most of that is due to the ADD. I'd say 90% of ADD for his is nothing but positive and helps him do so much good. I just want to understand that 10% that can be so frustrating for us who's minds don't work in such a brilliant way :) This site is perfect. Thank you.

Thanks Bryan for comming up with this. It is a place to let people know how I really feel about my anxiety , and people understand on here. I was always called crazy and I'm so sick of that word. sherry

Its not that the meds are not working, I'm at a point where certain skills that I never learned are hindering me. I'm at a point at my job where I'm board as hell but I can't change jobs due to my job performance.

Hi Bryan, thanks for your welcome message! Exactly I'm a newbie here. I'm not sure I'm really an ADHDer, but I've been interested in ADD/ADHD and reading some books about it. I really look forward to receiving a lot of tips for life here. I hope to give some from my experience (if possible... yes we can!)

Hi, Bryan
Just posted a really great conversation from an ADDer Member about bullying on my blog http://learn2bebuddies.blogspot.com/2009/06/conversation-with-parent-about-bullying.html

Others may be interested.

Thanks for the Welcome mat Bryan! Glad I found your site-I really like it and plan to visit regularly. It 'feels' REAL, written really for US. When I first met other adults with ADD, I felt like we should have a way to identify ourselves, like a secret handshake or something. But then no one would remember what it was anyway, so we'd just make up a new one every time. I think I'm on to something here...What do you think?! Jan's First Post Ever on ANY ADD site wooHOO, I joined something!

Thanks Bryan,

I apologize for not spending more time here sooner. This is a great site you've put together. While we have all had access to information on ADD from many sources. This site could have a tremendously positive impact on a lot of people. Information is always great to accumulate, but to recieve it from others who can truly speak from experience. There is a sense of comfort knowing others really do exist with the same struggles and opportunities we all seem to share in common.

Again I apologize for the delay in replying to your message, and sincerely thank you for your time and hard work put in here.

Best Regards,

Steven
