I don't know about ADHD being far worse than ADD, they can both be quite severe. There's the side that ADD can be more devastating because it can go unrecognized much longer, whereas those who have physical hyperactivity (which is the main difference) are usually noticed earlier. Both ADHD and ADHD inattentive can be debilitating and yes, someone with ADD can blend in because they are not as fidgety, but that as I pointed out can and typically does lead to many other problems. Physically hyperactive is the main difference, although those without the H are usually mentally hyperactive and are known to have more cases of depression and PTSD. ADD and ADHD both are tough boats to sail in.
